Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds, cancellations and chargebacks.
1. Subscription Processing Fee
The Subscription Processing fee of ₹799 (inclusive of GST) is non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and benefits have been activated.
2. Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment by writing to info.fundkredit@gmail.com. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a 2% payment gateway charge.
3. Loan Processing Fees
Loan processing fees collected by the lender are governed by the lender's own refund policy. Fundkredit does not control such refunds.
4. Failed / Duplicate Transactions
If your account is debited but the transaction failed or was charged twice, the amount will be automatically reversed by the bank within 5-7 working days. If not, email us with the transaction reference.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email info.fundkredit@gmail.com from your registered email.
- Provide order ID, payment reference and reason for refund.
- We will respond within 3 business days.
